• recruitment depending on the ship owners’ requirements and seafarer’s expectations
• process contracts of employment, flag state applications;
• apply for crew visas;
• arrange crew travel, sourcing the most cost effective means of travel;
• arrange medical examinations for seafarers, by approved doctors, prior to embarkation;
• assist the crew and their families before, during and after the contract; i.e. issuing proper employment documents;
• manage crew claims related to P&I insurance on behalf of owners;
• provide Marlins English tests for seafarers.
